Out with Jeff on another very nice (for February) day.  Gave myself 1.2 fast miles since Jeff,s GPS indicated a 7:30 pace for a while.

Ran the hills from home.  Tough run up today, not much energy and several nasty dogs.  Coming down was of course much better.   50f and windy.  Pace 8:50
