AM - 3 miles on the TM
Noon - 5 miles on the river. Cold and grey day, but the path is clear.
Ran down to Ammon road and then looped through Blackwawk for an easy 11 miles.
AM - 3 TM miles
No noon run. I need a little break after skiing and 2 days of hill running.
AM - 3 on the TM
Noon - running late so ran 4 on the TM at work.
AM - 2 on TM
Noon 5 around the river
Noon run on greenbelt
Short run down to township and back on the canal bank.
Ran a loop on the cleared path in Sun Valley from the condo past Dollar mtn and back. Beautiful day.
