Raining hard this morning at home so I reluctantly went to the gym for a short TM run. I ran later this morning since I had to wait for a contractor we hired to start some repairs on the garage.  Sometimes it would be nice to just rent

Noon run of 7.3 miles with sunshine around the greenbelt. Pace 7:37

Way to keep the mileage up...looking good for Missoula. Have a good long run this weekend.

Hope the repairs on the garage go off without a hitch.
