Noon river run.  Picked up the pace to a 7:05 after the 1st mile (8:04) - good suggestion Jeff!  Nice day Temp around 50f and no wind!  Not sure I am ready to run Ogden Saturday, but it should be a great weather day to try.

I thought that during taper month it was no running at all...I am in trouble!

After dinner on Saturday, you should come see me finish.

Taper month - Hmmm I think I have been doing this wrong.

Does it include extra desserts too?

All that rest should make for a strong finish.

You do have to carb load with desserts....at least 6 weeks out.

I don't know about a "strong" finish, but it will be a "quick" finish. Just not sure "where" I will finish.
