Ran from home down York Road .today.  Tried to do some speedwork with limited success.  Warmed up for 1 mile then ran a 6:50 and a 6:55,  Backed off for a half mile and then ran a 6:58.  I was short on time and tired of dodging cars so decided that was enough.  Hazy sunshine and 36 f.  no wind, Pace 7;38

Good run and great pace. You had great weather by waiting a bit. Hope everything went well with the house stuff.
