Out for a long Saturday morning run from home.  Ran 4 miles and then met Jeff F. at Hitt/Sunnyside intersection for a 10 mile loop down toTauthaus park and back to John Adams near Wal Mart,  Nice easy pace and good company made this the better part of the run.  Left Jeff and wandered  around Ammon a little before heading out Ammon Road to home.  I managed 1 fast mile on Ammon Road.  Pace 8:11- Nice day with light wind and low 30's.

Great job on the long run! Looking good for your training for Boston.

You wanted to run slower and I helped you do that. It was a bit slow for me, but I'm glad I could help :). That was a nice run...thanks for the company. You are running strong.
