Morning tm run for 4.1 easy miles.

Noon - Outside on a nice sunny day.  I ran 1 warm-up mile and then 4 fast miles around the greenbelt.  In my heightened state of befuddlement from running fast, I somehow shut off the GPS at 3.83 miles.  Anyway, I think 4 miles were fast, though the last one was a much slower fast.  Pace: 1) 7:42  2)6:50  3)6:57  4) 6:46  5) ?

Very impressive running. I guess our speedwork on Saturday paid off for you.
