Another fantastic day. They have been so rare this year, it's shocking to get a series of them,. 6 miles on the river at noon. Average pace 7:30, Temp - 72, no wind.
Thanks for keeping me on track (pace?), I need to get the miles back up! I walked with my wife this morning - Does that count?
