Participated in the Bone and Back with a group from work and their sons.  I ran the first leg in 37:00 even.  Unfortunately I could not stay for the rest of the relay so not sure on our position.

Ran the river at noon.  Nice day with blue sky and no wind and about 75f.  Ran the first mile with jtshad and then dropped back to a pretty slow pace for the remainder.  I am running the Bone and Back on Saturday so I am not pushing it this week.  Thats my excuse anyway... no gps today..
